+The slightly elevated path has a forked design, inspired on the rythm and construction of the cells in a beehive, on the division of branches and nerves in leaves. The path leads us towards a small wooden container. Both path and container are built with rough recycled wood. The room is filled with stems, seeds and seedpods of flax. The smell is warm and dry, a smell of high summer. The air is filled with the buzz of the forager bees. When we approach the container, the bee-buzz gets louder. Inside we walk through an 8 channel audio installation, with sounds streamed in real time from the beehives in Brussels. The far end of the container is brightly lit: we see the bees in action inside the beehive.
